  Oil Purification & Filteration
 
Sinsina is equipped to provide oil purification/filtration/dehydration services using “ENERVAC VACUUM OIL PURIFIERS” with qualified operators designed and manufactured by ENERVAC CORPORATION, 700 Franklin Blvd, Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.  

Capabilities
Total Soluble Water Content: ASTM D-1533 Standard from 100 ppm to 10 ppm & from 50 ppm to 5 ppm will be dehydrated, degasified & filtered in a single phase pass at the rate of 8000 LPH at minimum fluid temperature of 32 C.

Dielectric Strength: ASTM D-877 Standard upto 40 kV with new fluid.

Total Soluble Air Content: ASTM D-831 & D-2945 Standard and By Bowser Gas Content Analyzer upto 0.25%.

The capacity of the Vacuum Package : 540 CFM at 1 mm absolute pressure.

Heating of fluid: The unit is equipped with 96 KW (total) of electric heaters to raise fluid temperature by 22 degree Centigrade at rated flow of 8000 LPH prior to degasifying.
